Refund policy

At Let’s Design & Print, each order is crafted with care and customized to your specific requirements. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our policy before placing an order:

1. No Refunds for Customized/Personalized Products

All personalized or custom-printed items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once your order has been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving their design proofs, spelling, sizes, and other order details.

We are not liable for errors once a design has been approved by the customer.

2. Order Cancellations

Cancellation is not allowed once production has started.

If you need to cancel your order, it must be done before we begin processing. After this point, we cannot issue any refunds.

3. Payments

A 50% down payment is required to confirm and start production of your order.

The remaining balance must be settled in full before shipping or pickup.

Orders will not be released until full payment is received.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

We will review the case and either reprint or replace the item at no additional cost.
